Big Drug Bust Rocks Carlton

Police swooped on a suspected drug den in Honeywood Court, Carlton, in a major operation led by Gedling’s specialist Operation Reacher Team, backed by Arnold Neighbourhood officers.

Crack, Heroin & Cannabis Seized

The raid uncovered around 50 wraps of suspected crack cocaine and heroin, plus a haul of cannabis. Officers also confiscated a knife, multiple phones, scales, deal bags, and other drug paraphernalia from the premises.

Two Arrested Over Class A & B Drug Supply

A 25-year-old man and 30-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs, possession of an offensive weapon in a private place, and improper importation of Class B drugs.

Police Urge Public to Help Tackle Drug Crime

Sergeant James Carrington, leading the Operation Reacher Team, said: “This was another really good result in our crackdown on illegal drug supply. We’re listening to the community’s concerns and remain committed to disrupting criminality.”

“We work closely with partners like UK Border Force to fight drug offences and will keep pushing to clear our streets. But we need the public’s help. If you spot drug dealing, report it so we can get offenders off the streets.”
