Tragedy struck at Earl’s Court Underground station today as a person lost their life in an incident on the tracks. The incident was reported to the police just after 8:20 am on September 22.
Swiftly responding to the distressing situation, officers from the police force and London Ambulance Service crews rushed to the scene. Regrettably, despite their best efforts, the person was pronounced dead shortly after.
Authorities are treating the incident as non-suspicious, and the standard procedure of preparing a file for the coroner will be followed.

The British Transport Police expressed their condolences and provided information regarding the incident: “Officers were called to Earl’s Court Underground Station at 8:23 am today (22 September) following reports of a casualty on the tracks. Paramedics also attended, and sadly a person was pronounced dead at the scene. This incident is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
