Shortly after, a distress call was made at 11:49am about an incident near Dalston Kingsland station. British Transport Police rushed to the scene where paramedics found a victim with multiple stab wounds.
Tragic Confirmation and Investigation Underway
Despite efforts to save the individual, they were pronounced dead at the location. While formal identification is pending, Vanessa’s family has been informed of the devastating news.
