In a plea for assistance, Suffolk police are seeking the public’s help in locating Aidan McGuiness, an absconder from Hollesley Bay prison. McGuiness, a 44-year-old man previously from the Barnsley area, was reported missing earlier yesterday, with the report reaching the police just before 09.20 BST
Described as approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, McGuiness has brown hair and captivating blue eyes. He possesses a slender frame, a clean-shaven face, and a slight northern accent. Notably, he sports a distinguishing ‘Zara’ tattoo on his left wrist.
Prior to his disappearance, McGuiness was serving a three-year sentence for charges related to theft, fraud, and possession of a controlled substance classified as a Class B drug.
Authorities urge anyone who may have encountered or has knowledge of McGuiness’s current whereabouts or has sighted an individual matching his given description, to promptly reach out to Suffolk police. When contacting the police, please quote CAD 95 of 21 October to assist in their investigation.
