James Adams was last seen shortly before 5pm on Wednesday 26 October, in the Marlborough Road area of Gillingham. James is 74 years old and there are concerns for his welfare as he may require important medication and sometimes gets confused and disoriented.
He is around 5ft 5ins tall, of medium build and has grey hair and a beard. James was wearing a grey coat with a hood, blue bottoms and was last seen carrying a large yellow bag for life.
