At around 9.40am on Saturday 18 November 2023, a black VW and a purple Audi collided on the A2 Jubilee Way near the Port of Dover.
Emergency services attended and a man in his 70s was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Three other people were taken to a London hospital, where they remain receiving treatment.
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are carrying out enquiries into the incident and urge anyone who saw what happened or who has relevant dashcam footage to get in touch.
