Fourth Charged in Levi Kent Murder Case

Hampshire police have charged a fourth person in connection with the brutal murder of 22-year-old Levi Kent. Levi died after a serious assault in Gosport during the early hours of Friday, November 24.

Attack on Keyes Road Turns Deadly

The incident happened on Keyes Road, Bridgemary, Gosport. Officers arrived at 2:32 am to find Levi critically injured. Despite urgent medical care, he sadly passed away from his wounds.

Who’s Been Charged So Far?

Joanne West, 45, of no fixed address in Fareham, faces two charges related to assisting an offender. She remains in custody and is due at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on November 28.

Joanne joins three others already charged:

  1. Tommy West, 18, from Fisgard Road, Gosport – charged with murder, robbery, and possession of a bladed article. He will appear at Portsmouth Crown Court on November 29.
  2. Aiden West, 24, of Tudor Close, Gosport – also charged with murder, robbery, and possession of a bladed weapon. He faces court alongside Tommy on November 29.
  3. Sarah Flynn, 35, from James Close, Gosport – charged with assisting an offender. Her court date at Portsmouth Magistrates is November 28.

Other Arrests and Bail

Several more people were arrested during the probe, but some have been released on police bail:

  1. A 19-year-old Gosport man, arrested for murder, bailed until February 24.
  2. A 67-year-old Salisbury man, suspected of assisting an offender, bailed until February 25.
  3. A 22-year-old man from Fareham, arrested for murder, bailed until February 25.
  4. A 35-year-old Fareham man, arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, released without charge.
