Brooking assured that an internal investigation has been initiated to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the collision. He emphasized the company’s commitment to maintaining safety standards and affirmed that appropriate measures would be implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future. Additionally, the incident has been reported to the relevant authorities.

When contacted for comment, the Metropolitan Police declined to provide any further information regarding the incident.
