Man attacked with noxious substance in Sittingbourne

Kent Police was called at 6.10pm on Sunday 16 June 2024 after the incident involving a car and a motorcycle in Bouverie Road West, Folkestone, near Tesco Express.

Three people reported to have been inside the car are alleged to have left the scene on foot.

A 33-year-old man and two teenage boys were arrested shortly afterwards on suspicion of motoring offences including dangerous driving and failing to stop.

The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his 20s, suffered a hip injury and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and officers would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened or has dashcam footage covering the area between 6pm and 6.30pm.
