Hit-and-Run in Folkestone: Three Flee After Car-Motorbike Crash

Kent Police sprang into action at 6.10pm on Sunday, 16 June 2024, after a collision between a car and a motorcycle on Bouverie Road West, Folkestone, just outside Tesco Express.

Suspects Escape on Foot

Three people reportedly inside the car bolted from the scene on foot, leaving chaos behind. Police are hunting them down.

Two Teenagers and Man Arrested

Shortly after, a 33-year-old man and two teen boys were arrested on suspicion of motoring offences, including dangerous driving and failing to stop.

Motorcycle Rider Hurt

The motorbike rider, a man in his 20s, suffered a hip injury and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. His condition is being monitored.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Investigations are ongoing. Officers urge anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage from 6pm to 6.30pm in the area to come forward.
