Vodafone Customers Plunge into Coverage Chaos in Maidstone
Vodafone users in Maidstone have been hit hard by major network outages. Mobile broadband has been patchy, with some unable to get any service since June 7, 2020. And there’s no end in sight.
Cell Sites Down, Calls Dropped
Vodafone boss Indra Joy has admitted several cell sites in Maidstone have been out of action for far too long. Customers are facing call drops and broadband blackouts.
“It’s down to network coverage. We have to do more work in the area to fix this,” said Joy.
“So far, the work we have done hasn’t helped our customers or Vodafone.”
Compensation on the Cards… If You Know Who to Call
Fed up customers desperate for a fix say Vodafone hasn’t given a clear timeline. But there’s a silver lining—those affected can claim compensation.
