Police in Portsmouth Appeal for Witnesses After Collision Involving Vehicle and Pedestrian

Hampshire police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on Sunday, September 15. The incident occurred between 9 PM and 9:30 PM at a pedestrian crossing near the roundabout at the junction of Church Street and Lake Road.

The vehicle involved is reported to be a grey Peugeot Allure, while the pedestrian, a 17-year-old girl, sustained minor injuries.

Authorities are urging anyone who may have witnessed the collision but has not yet spoken to police to come forward. They are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with dash cam, CCTV, or doorbell footage from the area during the time of the incident.
