Hampshire Police are seeking to speak with a man in connection with a theft reported outside Places Leisure Eastleigh, located on Passfield Avenue. The incident involved the theft of an orange Scott mountain bike, which occurred at approximately 6:25 p.m. on Thursday, September 12.
The man police are hoping to speak to is described as:
- White
- Possibly bald
- Of slim build
- Wearing an orange long-sleeved jacket beneath a navy blue gilet
- Slim-fit trousers tucked into black and white socks
- Black and white trainers
- Carrying a dark backpack
The police believe that the man captured in an image released as part of the investigation could assist with their enquiries. They are urging him or anyone who may know his identity to come forward.
Officers are also appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or seen anything suspicious in the area around the time of the theft. Additionally, individuals with CCTV, mobile phone footage, dash cam recordings, or doorbell camera footage that could aid the investigation are encouraged to contact police.
