Appeal Following Unprovoked Assault on Swindon Teenager

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a 17-year-old boy was assaulted in an alleyway near Sudeley Way, Swindon. The incident occurred on Wednesday, 16 October, at approximately 5:15 pm.

The teenage victim was approached by a group of three youths, one of whom launched an unprovoked attack by punching him in the face and the back of the head. The assault left the victim with minor injuries.

The suspect responsible for the assault is described as a white male with a small build. He was wearing a white scarf with black patterns. All three individuals in the group had scarves covering their faces and were wearing hooded tops.

Police believe the assault was witnessed by several people and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
