“Police were called at 12.36pm on Wednesday, 6 November, to reports of suspected human remains found in a wooded area near to Sewell Road, Thamesmead. Cordons were in place while police responded. These have now been lifted. Enquiries are ongoing. At this stage, there is no evidence to suggest the death is suspicious.”
