A swift investigation by Metropolitan Police detectives has led to the arrest and charging of three individuals following a stabbing incident near Finsbury Park Station. The incident occurred on Monday, 11 November, with police arriving at the scene around 2:40 p.m. to find a man with stab wounds.
Emergency responders from the London Ambulance Service transported the 20-year-old victim to the hospital, where his injuries were assessed as potentially life-changing. He remains in stable condition as he continues to receive medical treatment.
During their response, officers recovered an axe and a flick knife from the scene, both of which are now part of the ongoing investigation.
The police arrested two men and a teenage boy shortly after the incident. They have now been charged with violent disorder, possession of an offensive weapon, and wounding with intent. The suspects have been identified as Mohamed Hussen Ali, 23, Ali Hussein Ali, 26, and a 16-year-old boy, all from Islington. They are scheduled to appear at Highbury Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
