A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 21-year-old woman in Glen Lee, East Kilbride.
The body of Phoenix Spencer-Horn, described as a vibrant young woman, was discovered in a flat on Glen Lee at approximately 12:10 pm on Monday, November 18, 2024. Her family has been informed and is being supported by authorities.
