On Tuesday, 19 November 2024, officers from the South Area Proactive Investigation Team executed a search warrant at a property in the Purley area of Croydon. During the operation, police recovered a loaded shotgun.
As a result of the search, one male was arrested and has since been charged under the Firearms Act.
