Manhunt Underway for Murder Suspect in Luton
Victim Dies After Brutal Attack
Police are hunting Jacob Clark, 25, after a woman was murdered in Luton. Officers were called to a house on Turners Road North just before noon on Monday, January 20.
A 46-year-old woman was rushed to hospital but sadly died from her injuries. A second woman in her 20s was seriously hurt and remains in hospital receiving treatment.
Police Issue Urgent Appeal
Detective Inspector Adam Bridges of the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit said:
“We are actively seeking Jacob Clark in connection with this murder investigation. He frequents Luton. If you see him, do not approach. Call 999 immediately.”
Clark is known to have close-cropped hair, though his appearance may differ from released images.
Community Urged to Stay Calm
Inspector Bridges reassured the public:
“This appears to be a targeted attack, not a threat to the wider community. Officers remain in the area to provide reassurance and support.”
