Urgent Appeal: Police Seek Public’s Help to Find Missing Maidstone Girl

Police have launched an urgent appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of a 13-year-old girl who has been reported missing from Maidstone.

Nicole Lent was last seen in the South Park Road area at approximately 3:30 pm on Friday, 7 February 2025. Concern is growing for her welfare, and authorities are urging anyone who may have seen her or knows of her whereabouts to come forward.

Nicole is described as white, around 4ft 11in tall, of slim build, with very long brown hair. At the time of her disappearance, she is believed to have been wearing a black jacket and hoodie, grey jogging bottoms, a black Nike t-shirt, black socks, and black Nike trainers.

Police say Nicole has known connections to London and Whitstable and may have used public transport, particularly the rail network.

Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen Nicole or has information about her movements to call 999 immediately, quoting reference 07-0751.

Appeal for Public Assistance

Missing person investigations often rely on vital information from the public. If you were in the South Park Road area around the time Nicole was last seen or have CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell footage, you are urged to check for any potential sightings.

A police spokesperson said:

We are extremely concerned for Nicole’s welfare and ask anyone with information, no matter how small, to contact us immediately. Her family is anxious for her safe return.
