Major Fire at Chiltern Street Hotel in Marylebone – 125 Firefighters Battling Blaze

A major fire has broken out at a hotel on Chiltern Street in Marylebone, with twenty fire engines and around 125 firefighters tackling the blaze, which has spread from the ground floor to the roof.

Fire Spreads Through Ducting and Plant Room

The fire, which started in the ducting system, has extended from the ground floor to the roof of the four-storey hotel, which also houses a restaurant on the ground floor. A plant room at roof level is also on fire.


Evacuations and Emergency Response

Approximately 100 people evacuated the building before the London Fire Brigade (LFB) arrived.
