Hidden Cache of Knives, Baton, and Knuckle Duster Found
The investigation didn’t stop there. Police searched a nearby property and uncovered a stash of dangerous weapons: several knives, an extendable baton, and a knuckle duster. The suspect faced fresh charges for illegal weapons possession.
Chief Inspector Praises Officers for ‘Making Kent Safer’
“The weapons that my officers recovered have no place in our communities. We are committed to stamping out violent crime and drug misuse in Kent,” said Chief Inspector Will Lay. “By taking items like these off the streets, we’re making our county safer to live, work, and visit.”
Police Urge Public to Report Suspicious Activity
The man remains in custody as investigations continue. Kent Police reaffirm their dedication to cracking down on drug and weapons crime – both linked to larger threats like violence and anti-social behaviour.
Locals are urged to report anything suspicious by calling Kent Police on 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
This latest swoop is part of Kent Police’s ongoing push to keep Dartford streets safe and crime-free.
