Many affected individuals took to social media to complain about not being able to pay bills or access their wages.
What Should Customers Do?
If you are affected by the outage, here are some recommended steps:
? Wait for an official update – Banks are actively working to resolve the issue, so payments should clear soon.
? Use alternative payment methods – If possible, use a credit card or another banking service to make urgent payments.
? Contact your bank – If you are facing financial hardship due to the delay, speak to your bank’s customer service team.
? Monitor your account – Once services are restored, double-check your transactions for any missing or delayed payments.
