A 23-year-old man tragically died after falling from a height in Stratford on Friday evening.
Emergency Called to Montfichet Road
Emergency services rushed to Montfichet Road at 8:49pm on April 25 after reports of a man in distress. Paramedics and police found the young man at the scene and gave immediate treatment. Sadly, he was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
Police Confirm Death Isn’t Suspicious
The Metropolitan Police are treating the death as unexplained but not suspicious. Formal identification has not yet been made, though the man’s next of kin have been informed and are receiving specialist support.
Cordon Still in Place as Investigation Continues
A police cordon remains around Stratford Bus Station while officers continue their enquiries. The incident has caused disruption, restricting access to parts of the busy transport hub.
