The incident occurred just after 11:00am on Monday, June 9, involving a First Great Western service. British Transport Police (BTP), London Ambulance Service, and railway response units are currently on scene.
The incident was logged under reference 45GA/86 FLON-OPS06, with units mobilised at 11:05am, according to operational reports.
