Two Arrested After Woman Found Dead on Hollam Road
A murder probe is underway after a woman in her 40s was discovered dead at a home on Hollam Road, 1. Emergency services rushed to the scene in the early hours of Saturday, 21 June, but sadly, the woman was pronounced dead there and then. Police say the death is being treated as suspicious.
Two Men Held Over Murder Suspicions
Two men have been arrested as part of the investigation:
- A 42-year-old man from Southsea
- A 39-year-old man from Gosport
Both suspects remain in police custody while detectives piece together what happened.
Police Investigate Woman’s Mysterious Death
“We are working to determine the events that led to this woman’s death. A post-mortem will take place in due course and officers are supporting the woman’s next of kin,” a police spokesperson said.
