Fourth Man Charged Over Dara Omar’s Fatal Hounslow Stabbing
A fourth suspect has been charged in the brutal stabbing murder of 22-year-old Dara Omar in broad daylight last weekend in Hounslow.
New Murder Charge for Mohammed Ali
Mohammed Ali, 35, from Hounslow, was charged with murder and is set to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court today, Saturday 27 June. This development comes as the Met Police homicide team pushes forward with their investigation into the shocking killing on Sunday, 22 June.
The fatal attack happened on Hanworth Road near School Road, leaving the local community shaken.
Three Others Already Behind Bars
Earlier this week, three other suspects were charged in connection with the stabbing:
- Kaywan Warzier Karim, 27, charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
- Tania Hamza, 33, charged with violent disorder and assisting an offender.
- Aziz Hama, 31, charged with assisting an offender.
The trio appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 26 June, and have been remanded in custody. They are due to appear at the Old Bailey on Monday, 30 June.
How the Tragedy Unfolded
Emergency services rushed to Hanworth Road at 14:21 on Sunday, 22 June after reports of a stabbing. Paramedics found Dara Omar with multiple stab wounds. Despite life-saving efforts and a hospital transfer, he sadly died later that day.
Specially trained officers are now supporting Dara’s devastated family.
Police Urge Public to Speak Out
Detectives are still hunting for crucial information surrounding the killing. A police spokesperson said:
“We remain committed to finding out exactly what happened to Dara and ensuring those responsible are held accountable. We ask anyone with dashcam footage, CCTV, or direct knowledge of the incident to come forward.”
