Officers from TVP’s Roads Policing unit caught the pair riding together between Junction 5 (Stokenchurch) and Junction 4 (Handy Cross, High Wycombe) at a blistering 111mph.
Risking Lives on a Busy Motorway
“This has not only ruined their Sunday, but risked their safety and others on this busy stretch of motorway. Motorcycles are often high-performance machines, but we must observe the limits,” a TVP spokesperson said.
Legal Action and Strong Warning
Both riders have now been reported to court due to their reckless speed. Police warn everyone that pushing the limits on fast, busy roads like the M40 can have deadly consequences.
