Four people taken to Hospital after Collision near Wareham

Police are appealing for witnesses after four vehicles were involved in a collision near Wareham. The incident happened at around 12.45pm today, Saturday 25 March 2017, on the A35 near to the turning for Bloxworth. The vehicles involved were a blue Alfa Romeo, bronze Honda CR-V, a black Kia cee’d and a grey Audi A7. Four people were taken to hospital as a precaution. A road closure is currently in place at Morden Park Corner and Woodbury Cross to allow collision investigators to examine the scene. Chief Inspector Heather Dixey, of Dorset Police, said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact police. I would also like to speak to anyone who saw the manner of driving of any of the vehicles involved prior to the incident.” Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email [email protected] or by calling 101, quoting incident number 25:182.
