Andover Murder Suspect Remanded to Crown Court
Shaun Dyson has appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (Wednesday) wearing a checked shirt and black jeans, speaking only to confirm his name, address and date of birth for a first hearing following the death of Lucy-Anne Rushton at a house in Suffolk Road on Sunday he is charged with the murder of his Wife Lucy Rushton. At 5.30am on Sunday, police officers were called to the home where Ms Rushton was found injured and was later pronounced dead. Shaun Dyson, who gave his address in court as Suffolk Road, was arrested on Sunday evening before being charged with the murder of Ms Rushden yesterday. Magistrates Janice Gabriel referred the case to Winchester Crown Court for another hearing on Friday 29 June. Shaun Dyson was remanded into custody.
