Woman Raped in Camden Alley After Nightclub Visit
A 24-year-old woman was brutally attacked and raped in an alley off Camden High Street just after 11.30pm on Saturday, 2 October. The victim had left a nightclub and stopped at a nearby kebab shop for food when a man began following her.
Man Gropes Victim in Kebab Shop Before Attack
The suspect approached her inside the shop, groping her despite her attempts to move away. He then trailed her into a dark alley where he carried out the horrific assault.
Police Hunt Attacker – Public Urged to Help
Detective Constable Max Orange is leading the investigation. He warned:
“Our investigation is progressing, but we urgently need the public’s help to identify this man. I’m confident someone knows who he is. Please come forward, either directly to the police or anonymously via Crimestoppers.
“We understand concerns about violence in our city and are working tirelessly to bring the culprit to justice. Officers continue to support the victim as we investigate.”
