Man Assaulted Outside York Bar – Suspect in Custody
Police were called at 10:17pm yesterday after a violent assault outside The Terrace Sports Bar on Fossgate, York.
Victim in Critical Condition
A 46-year-old man was attacked on the street and is now in critical condition at hospital. His family is receiving support from specially trained officers.
One Arrest Made, Police Seek Witnesses
Officers arrested a 38-year-old man at the scene. He remains in custody as investigations continue.
CCTV footage shows several people present during the incident. Police urge anyone who witnessed the event or has information to come forward.
