A gang was caught red-handed trying to nick car parts in Ramsgate just after midnight on June 28.
Police Give Chase on the A299 Thanet Way
Officers spotted the group climbing under a car on Truro Road around 12:15 a.m. The suspects scattered, but police quickly tracked a related vehicle along the A299 Thanet Way. When officers signalled for a stop, the vehicle refused and sped off.
Suspects Flee but Two Arrested After Dramatic Police Hunt
The occupants ditched the vehicle in Whitstable. Police, backed by a helicopter and sniffer dog Cody, nabbed an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy. Both face theft charges and have been released on bail pending further investigation.
