Fatal Daylight Stabbing Rocks Westminster
A person has been fatally stabbed in broad daylight in the heart of Westminster this afternoon, Monday, November 28.
Emergency Services Rush to Lilestone Street
Paramedics were called at 3.23pm to reports of a stabbing on Lilestone Street, Marylebone. Upon arrival, they found two victims with stab wounds. Despite desperate efforts, one victim tragically died at the scene.
Murder Investigation Underway
The Metropolitan Police have launched a murder investigation and are working to notify the victim’s next of kin. A London Ambulance Service spokesperson confirmed:
“We treated two patients at the scene and took one person to a major trauma centre. Sadly, despite the best efforts of our crews, a person died at the scene.”
The Met Police have been approached for further comment as the inquiry continues.
