Man Barricades Himself in Birmingham Home
Paramedics raced to Leycroft Avenue, Birmingham, at 6.25pm on March 16 after concerns were raised about a man’s welfare.
Police Negotiators Called in
The man had locked himself inside his home. Force negotiators were brought in to try and resolve the tense situation.
Detained Under Mental Health Act
At around 9.25pm, the man was detained under the Mental Health Act and taken to hospital for treatment.
