Girl Mauled by Pack of American Bully Dogs in Carrington Garden
Terrifying Attack in Broad Daylight
A young girl was viciously attacked by a pack of American Bully-style dogs while playing in her front garden in Carrington, Greater Manchester. Neighbours claim the dogs escaped from a nearby home where the owner keeps as many as 14 dogs, including puppies housed in a caravan.
Mother’s Desperate Plea
Witnesses heard the girl’s mother scream, “Help me – my baby!” as she tried to fight off the animals. The family and neighbours rushed to pull the dogs away. The injured child was rushed to hospital and is now in stable condition.
Neighbour Claims Owner is a Breeder
One neighbour said, “He’s a breeder. There are loads of these Bully-type dogs there.” Locals report the dogs are often kept in cramped conditions. The attack has raised fresh fears about out-of-control dogs in the UK.
Dog Attacks on the Rise
Official figures show nearly 22,000 cases of dogs causing injuries were reported in 2019, a sharp rise from 16,000 cases just a year earlier. This latest incident highlights concerns over aggressive breeds and responsible dog ownership.
