Chaos on Abbey Road as Fire Bomb Sparks Panic
A top London restaurant was plunged into chaos after a fiery bomb was hurled inside late on Friday night (April 28, 2023). The devastating attack sent deadly smoke and fumes billowing through the busy eatery, trapping staff and diners.
Emergency Services Rush to the Scene
Six fire engines, police units, and paramedics raced to Abbey Road, mere yards from the iconic Abbey Road recording studio, following multiple 999 calls. Firefighters in breathing gear swiftly tackled the blaze, while 999 operators provided vital life-saving advice to those caught inside before emergency crews arrived.
Suspects Armed with Knives Flee Scene
Police revealed that several males entered the restaurant around 10.30pm, threatening staff with knives before igniting the blaze. The attackers escaped before officers arrived. Thankfully, no injuries have been confirmed.
Police Hunt Culprits with CCTV and Investigations
Central West CID detectives have launched a full investigation, combing CCTV footage and other evidence to track down those responsible. No arrests have been made yet.
