Detective Inspector John Macleod from Tower Hamlets CID is hunting a pervert linked to a series of vile attacks on women late at night.
Four Women, One Creepy Suspect
“We’ve connected reports from four different women,” Macleod revealed. “Our aim is to stop this nutcase before he strikes again.”
- Incidents took place between 11pm and 1am, from September 9 to November 2.
- Three involved indecent exposure.
- In another, the culprit bizarrely asked a victim to film him before sitting down and sucking his own toe.
- In two cases, the man attempted to touch the victims and even asked to see a woman’s foot.

No physical injuries were reported, but the behaviour is clearly criminal and deeply disturbing. “He’s caused a lot of distress locally,” said Macleod.
