Man Left with Serious Head Injury After Brutal Pub Brawl in Chichester
A night of chaos at a Chichester pub ended in violence when a man suffered a serious head injury in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Sussex Police Snap Up Suspect at The Foundry
At around 1:30am on 28 February, officers stormed The Foundry on Southgate after reports of a violent fight. They found the victim with severe head wounds and rushed him to hospital where he is still receiving treatment.
A 24-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. He has now been bailed as investigations continue.
Police Seek Witnesses and CCTV Footage
Detectives are digging into how the fight kicked off and if others played a part. They’re reviewing any evidence and appealing to anyone with information or footage to come forward.
