Crash Shocker on Busy A4 Bath Road

Thames Valley Police are scrambling to find witnesses after a horror smash left a young woman fighting for her life. The crash happened just after 6pm on Thursday, 12 March 2026, right by Sainsbury’s on the A4 Bath Road near Pincents Lane in Calcot.

A black Lexus RX 450H smashed into the woman, who’s in her twenties. She was rushed to hospital with serious injuries and remains under care. So far, there have been no arrests.

Police Beg for Dashcam Footage

PC Eden Hamblin from the Roads Policing Unit said: “This is a busy junction, and the collision took place at a time when traffic was heavy. We’re keen to hear from anyone with dashcam or video footage from that time to help build a clearer picture of what happened. If you were in the area, please get in touch.”
