Emergency services, including West Midlands Ambulance Service paramedics, a trauma doctor, a critical care paramedic, and the fire service, responded swiftly to the crash. Despite urgent advanced life support and rescue efforts, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

After being freed from the car, the driver was critically injured. Ambulance crews provided advanced life support immediately, but unfortunately, he could not be saved and was confirmed deceased at the site.
