An urgent appeal has been launched to find a vulnerable woman who has been reported missing from Ramsgate, with serious concerns for her welfare. Charlene Higgins, 44, was reported missing on Thursday, 6 August, prompting an appeal for members of the public to help locate her. Family and friends are said to be extremely concerned for Charlene’s safety and are urging people across Ramsgate and the surrounding area to keep a lookout. Charlene is described as being approximately 5ft 6in tall.
