Man Brutally Assaulted in Andover Layby
Police are urgently hunting witnesses after a 46-year-old man was attacked on the A3093 in Andover yesterday morning.
Violent Assault in Broad Daylight
The victim had pulled into a layby around 7am alongside another vehicle when the driver of that car launched the assault. He suffered injuries to his legs and face in the attack.
Suspect Arrested but Released
A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He has since been released from custody but remains under investigation.
