Tragic Crash on B4082 in Pinvin: One Dead, One Airlifted to Hospital

West Midlands Ambulance Service raced to the B4082 in Pinvin at 3.01pm on Sunday, March 26, 2023. They deployed two ambulances, a paramedic officer, a BASICS doctor, and the Midlands Air Ambulance Critical Care Car. The air ambulances from Cosford and Strensham also joined the urgent response.

Horrific Scene at the Crash

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “On arrival, crews discovered a car had smashed into a tree with two male patients inside.”

Casualties and Hospitalisation

“One man suffered critical injuries and, sadly, was confirmed dead at the scene after attempts to save him failed,” the spokesman added. The second man was seriously injured and was airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham for emergency treatment.
