A man has died after a stabbing in Haydon End, Swindon, despite desperate attempts by paramedics and bystanders to save him.
Two Arrests Made Over Shocking Swindon Stabbing
Police have arrested two suspects on suspicion of murder. Both remain in custody as the investigation heats up.
Urgent Appeal for Witnesses
Detective Chief Inspector Phil Walker of the Major Crime Investigation Team said:
“This is a hugely concerning crime in which a young man has sadly lost his life.
We urgently need anyone with information to come forward and support our enquiries.”
He added that the force is throwing every resource into catching those responsible. Residents will spot a bigger police presence around Swindon — but there’s no need for alarm.
Victim Identified, Family Informed
Although formal ID is pending, police believe they know who the victim is. His next of kin have been notified.
