Woman Bitten by Large Dog in Broad Daylight

Avon & Somerset Police are hunting for info after a woman in her 50s was bitten by a dog on Devonshire Road at 8.15pm Tuesday, September 26.

The dog jumped up and bit her arm, leaving puncture marks. She was rushed to hospital, though her injuries’ seriousness remains unknown.

Suspect Dog and Owner Description

The animal is described as a large cream or white dog. It was being walked by a white man with short dark hair, wearing a bomber jacket covered in multi-coloured blue triangles.
