Body Found on Beach Sparks Seafront Lockdown
Part of the Sussex coastline has been shut down after reports of a body washing up on the shore.
Emergency Teams Rush to Scene
Police arrived just before 9 a.m. to a stretch of beach between Rottingdean and Ovingdean. Coastguard rescue crews from Newhaven and Shoreham also joined the response, sealing off the area to keep the public out.
Undercliff Walk Closed
The popular Undercliff Walk, the scenic route connecting the two villages, remains shut while investigations continue.
Police Tight-Lipped
Sussex Police were approached for comment but have yet to release details about the incident.
