Brutal Stabbing Shocks Digbeth Flat
A ruthless manhunt is underway for the cold-blooded killer of 41-year-old Jinming Zhang. The victim was found stabbed multiple times inside a flat in Digbeth, Birmingham, on 9 February 2022.
Police say it was a frenzied attack, with evidence showing Zhang fought back fiercely. The suspect is believed to have lost blood during the struggle.
The flat was later revealed to be a brothel, and investigators initially thought robbery was the motive after discovering drawers pulled open.
The only witness, a young Chinese woman, survived by hiding from the attacker.

The suspect is described as:
- A Black man
- Between 5ft 2in (1.6m) and 5ft 5in (1.7m) tall
