Dog Mess Dispute Sparks Brutal Stabbing in Central London

A row over dog fouling exploded into violence in Central London, with one man stabbed, police have confirmed. The City of London Police are on the hunt for a suspect caught on CCTV linked to the shocking attack.

Violence Erupts at Ropemaker Street and Moorgate

The stabbing happened near the junction of Ropemaker Street and Moorgate on Saturday, December 16. What started as a disagreement about dog waste quickly escalated into a brutal knife attack.

Victim Injured but Survives

Thankfully, the victim’s injuries are not life-threatening. Detectives have launched a full investigation and are desperate for witnesses to come forward.

Police Appeal for Help to Identify Suspect

“We want to speak to anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image or has information about the stabbing that took place in the City of London early on December 16,” said Detective Sergeant David Honan.

He warned the public not to approach the suspect but urged anyone with tips to call police on 020 7601 2222. Detective Honan assured Londoners a thorough investigation is underway to bring the culprit to justice.
