Brazen Thieves Use Digger to Rip Cashpoint from Bordon Tesco

Police are hunting two bold raiders who used a digger to smash and steal a cash machine from Tesco on Bordon’s High Street at around 4am on Sunday, 17 June.

Thieves Dig Deep with Stolen Plant

The crooks reportedly drove a stolen digger right up to the store and ripped the cashpoint from the wall. They then loaded the machine onto a silver Isuzu flatbed truck—also stolen—and sped off. The digger was abandoned at the scene.

Stolen Truck Adds to Mystery

The Isuzu truck was pinched from the same High Street overnight between 16 and 17 June. Police believe the same gang used it to escape with the loot.

Police Plea for Witnesses

“We want to hear from anyone with information about these thefts,” said PC Geoff Hill. “Did you see or hear anything suspicious? Did you spot these stolen vehicles or anyone acting dodgy? Please get in touch.”
